A binding contract is formed only after we confirm your order via email and provide payment instructions or process payment according to the method agreed upon.
Checkout on this Site collects your name, email, and optional notes so a representative can contact you to finalize payment, shipping method, and delivery details. Placing an order does not guarantee shipment until confirmation is issued.

Opened software license keys, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive wearables may be non-returnable once activated or used.
